There are 3 Fantastic new Challenges starting today

Welcome back to my Blog!

I hope all of my crafty friends out there are all well. I have been suffering with a nasty cold, and have a couple of sick little ones as well keeping me on my toes!

It was my turn to post on Our Wonderful New Aussie My-Besties Challenge Blog  this week, so drop over and take a look at their 2nd Challenge.

The Challenge theme this time is Christmas in July- use Red/White/Green with Snowflakes.

It is so much fun to do a Christmas Card in July, I had to hunt through my materials to find all of my Chrissy Stuff.

Here is my Design Team Card using Sherri Baldy's Cute new Christmas image that can be found HERE

I had fun with this card, and made a pocket card with pull out insert for the sentiment and message!

My Digi was coloured with promarkers and then a touch of crystal Kindy glitz added for sparkle!

One of my hand dyed Doilies, Wild orchid crafts flowers and cute bronze stocking charm.

This photo shows the pull out insert.

My Second DT card is for the Wonderful US Besties Challenge Blog.

The Theme for this Weeks Challenge is Floral Frenzy.

A great challenge to use all of those gorgeous flowers. As many of you might have noticed I have an addiction to flowers, and I am sad if I cant use at least a few flowers on my cards.

Here is my card using the beautiful angel image by Sherri Baldy that can be found HERE.

I made a twisted easel card for this challenge!

My Image was coloured with promarkers and some Crystal Kindy Glitz added.

More beautiful flowers from my collection from Wild Orchid Crafts. And a bow of white mesh ribbon, with a bling hairpin in the centre.

Heart die by memory Box, and Leaf flourish Die by Marianne Creatables.

The Third DT Card today is for the Scrapbook Stamp Society Challenge Blog.

The Theme this week is We want to see a butterfly on your card.

The Design Team this week all used an image from Sheila Wolk, I used Sleepy Cheeks and it can be found HERE

Here is my Card

I made a 15x15cm card with steps on the side. It has ended up quite a large card, and I haven't checked to see if it fits an envelope yet! lol

Sleepy Cheeks is coloured with Promarkers, so much flesh is always a challenge to colour! I will keep practising this! lol

I used my favourite Tim Holtz Border Die again, I just love it! And my Memory Box Butterfly Dies.

I made a cute Fairy Dust bottle, with bead and chain dangle!

And added a beaded stick pin, that I made! The little fairy mushroom beads are so cute!

I hope you stop by these Challenge Blogs and take a look at all of the fantastic Cards our Design Teams have created, and then enter a card of your own!
Yours in Artyness!
Hugs Julie xox
