Paper bag Album with No patterned Papers

Hello I am back again with my second post today!

This one is for the new challenge at US Besties Challenge Blog - No Patterned Papers

This was a bit of a challenge for me as I love my Patterned papers. LOL

I have made a Paper Bag Album!

As I couldn't use Pattered Paper I used coloured cardstock and ran it through my Swiss Dots embossing Folder. I then Inked the edges in Purple and added some white paint and Frantage Powder in places.

I really love this Image I won from the UK Besties Challenge. You can find her HERE

I coloured her with my Promarkers. These flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and my Stash!

I added a cute Diamanté Jewel just under the flowers!

Some new charms added above, I thought the butterfly worked well as it was the right colour!

I tied on lots of lace and ribbon in my colours of Turquoise, Purple and Blue.

And a ring in the top hole to hold more ribbons and charms.

I added some Frantage to this Frame, and some more flowers! The Berry spray is from Live and Love crafts. I cut a doily in half and put it top and bottom under the flowers!

Tim Holtz butterflies again! Sorry I cant resist! LOL

Some more new charms I just had to try out! he he and some pretty beads.

I am very happy with my Mini Paper Bag Album. I haven't decorated the inside yet but I will do that before selling it.

I hope you will join in the challenge at Besties Challenge Blog!

Hugs Julie xox

Wow Julie, did you have fun creating this paper bag album ,..it's so OTT but works well, My concern is that I cannot work out which line of our Bingo board you have used ......perhaps you would be kind enough to point me in the right direction if you would like this entry to be included in our draw. Best wishes, Ingrid xx ( OSAAT Team )

Gorgeous colours and embellies...and very sneaky getting around no patterned papers by using embossing. I'd have done the same! :o) Great project.

Thank you for joining us over at the Scribble and Scrap Challenge. Good luck.

What a lovely card...great way to give the illusion of patterned paper with the embossed dots and colouring. Love the image too. Just a super creation. Thanks for joining us this week at One Stitch at a Time Bingo. Good luck.

Julie, because of all the prettiness, i didn't even miss the fact that you didn't use pattern paper!

Lovely colour choices, and I love how you added pattern to your papers without flexing the rules! Thank you for sharing at One Stitch At A Time and good luck in the challenge.

I love these colours so much Julie and I think I would have chosen this Bingo line myself! Your embellishments are gorgeous and I am really taken by the turquoise bobble ribbon - that is lovely.

Thank you for joining us at OSAAT this week, looking forward to seeing you again soon.
