Hello and hugs to all of my followers and followers to be!
I have had a very productive week, trying to fill orders, as well as my DT Work.
I still have a fair way to go, but I will keep plugging away at it!
My first card today is my DT card for the US Besties Challenge Blog
Anything Goes
For this Card I have used this cute Bestie that can be found HERE
I have coloured her with Promarkers and added some dots of Crystal Stickles.
Some flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts and my stash, and some pale pink sheer ribbon tied in a bow! Also one of my Stick pins with a strawberry charm!
The Cute Cupcake, And Sweetie Tag Diecuts are from my stash!
I had a play with pastels, adding lots of layers and distressing the edges of all of the papers.

My Second Card today is my DT card for the Scrapbook Stamp Society Challenge
I had fun colouring this fairy and gave her pink hair for something different!
The Pink and orange colour combo was a first as well, but I happened to find the perfect papers to match in my stash so that was great!

She is coloured with Promarkers, and I added Crystal Stickles to her wings, and some swirls in the background!
I have used my new Noor Joy crafts Butterfly Border on this card and I just love it!
I have used flowers and ribbon from my stash, and some cute hand dyed Doily's.

Please could I ask, how was the bluey sort of background around the first bestie created? Was this using the pastels you mentioned?
