I have been awaiting this week with anticipation!

Now for my Cards for today!
Firstly there is a new challenge at the US Besties Challenge Blog - Wings
And here is my DT Card
I love this cute new fairy by Sherri Baldy she is available HERE
I enjoyed using this colour scheme of Pink, yellow and turquoise.
I have coloured her with my Promarkers and added dotted swirls to the background and lots of Stickles for glitter.
I used the Marianne Creatable leaf flourish and lots of flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts and my Stash.
Butterflies by Joy Crafts and Tim Holtz. And below is a top view that shows the folds of the card.

This cute little baby mermaid image was a real challenge to colour and took about 2 hours. I was quite happy with the result!
I haven't used a lot of embellishment on this card as the image was quite large and didn't leave much room. But I don't think it needed much as it is colourful and I used a patterned paper on the background as well.
To embellish I used some of my hand dyed seam binding, some flowers and a cute fish charm and heart pins.
